Gap conductor

In a combined effort with a number of our partners Lamifil has developed the High Temperature Low Sag GAP conductor. This conductor is composed of trapezoidal wires manufactured from a high temperature alloy, resulting in a low noise, smooth body conductor.

The advantages of the GAP system are an increase in capacity (+50% to +100%), low sag, no or minimal modification of existing tower structures, thereby avoiding environmental problems that would otherwise occur when new and bigger constructions are erected.
